		<description>PPRs are for operational necessity only, so it&#039;s mainly for over weight airliners. E145s seem to request it the most, go figure! I&#039;ve never had a GA aircraft &quot;need&quot; the 10,000ft runway vs the 7,000ft in New Orleans, but it could happen I suppose. A loaded BBJ in the summer time is definitely not out of the question.</description>
