		<description>There are a few airlines that want pilots to pay for training, Southwest for instance requires pilots who obtain a 737 type rating on their own. In the airline&#039;s defense, the pilot knows he has the job prior to spending the $5,000 for the rating and will be working for a desirable and stable airline, so far. However, it&#039;s totally different than Gulfstream which requires students to pay for second rate training and thereafter pay to be a co-pilot. It&#039;s just a matter of time before they cease to exist.</description>
