In the airline's defense, the pilot knows he has the job prior to spending the $5,000 for the rating and will be working for a desirable and stable airline, so far. However, it's totally different than Gulfstream which requires students to pay for second rate training and thereafter pay to be a co-pilot. It's just a matter of time before they cease to exist.
